Happy Birthday Jordan

Jordan had a birthday and is now a teenager. She's been waiting to be "old" enough to legally ride in the front seat of the car/van, but she probably still doesn't make it weight wise. [Now we enjoy fights about which teenager gets to ride in the front when we go places. It's great.]

The youth had a temple trip already planned for J's b-day, so we were able to spend the morning doing baptisms for the dead in the Memphis Temple. Jordan was even able to do 4 family names and Kate did 3. I'd never been in the temple with my girls, so it was nice for me to be one of the female adult leaders and be there with them. No better place to be, than with my daughters in the temple.

We watched the BYU @ Ole Miss football game and didn't get to opening Jordan's presents until bedtime. Better late than never.

The birthday girl...
Jordan in her PJs with her presents...
A card from G-ma Vernetta with a gift card and a check...
High black Heels [not the super high one's she tried on before]...
The fancy dress she tried on at the store is finally hers...
A package from the G-parent Olsons...
A new shirt and a check...
Jordan with her cake and the candles. [We didn't frost it yet, so people could chose which kind of frosting they wanted (chocolate or strawberry)]...
Blowing out the candles...
And they're out...
