Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

On Wednesday, October 24th, I was able to go on a Field Trip with Sidnie and her Pre-K class.  We went to Motley's Pumpkin Patch (and Christmas Tree Farm).  It was a lot of fun.

Here we are in class before we left on the buses...

The farm has pig races, so while we were waiting for those to start, they gave us a drink and pretzels.

Here come those racing pigs...

I was in charge of Sidnie and her classmate Emily...
A maze...

A Hay ride.
Mrs. Smith (Sidnie's teacher) is the one on the right with short blonde hair in the black T-Shirt...

Motley's Farm sells Christmas trees as well in November and December.  It's a place where you can come cut down your own tree.  We saw these on our hay ride...

A Petting Farm...
Each child was given a handful of food to feed one of the goats, donkeys, chickens or pigs.

 Sunflowers...

A picnic lunch...

The cutest little girl at the Patch...

A cow train ride pulled by a tractor...

It was a fun dayI  I'm so grateful to be able to spend time with my children and feel blessed to have her be able to be in the Pre-K program.
