Pine Forest Fall Festival

This week the kids did not have school on Friday because it was the end of the first 9 weeks of school (the term) and the teachers had a records day to get their grades done. So, on Thursday night, the school put on a Fall Festival as a fund raiser for the school. The kids were very excited about it and so after TaeKwonDo, off we went. The kids were able to dress up. Zack was a vampire, Kammie was Sadie Gray (a character from the book the Red Pyramid) and Jordan wore her purple cloak.

Spencer got this pumpkin. You are supposed to place it in water and watch it grow in 24 hours...


It took several days for it to actually do something, but here it is a little bit bigger after 72 hours in water...



The kids had fun while Mom and Dad tolerated it all. They endjoyed games and candy and turning their mouths blue or green with some snow cones.
