Kate's Birthday dessert

There was a Young Women's/Young Men's pool party the night of Kate's birthday and they made homemade ice cream there, so we saved Kate's ice cream dessert (oreo crumbs on top and bottom with vanilla ice cream mixed with frozen lemonade concentrate inbetween) for the next night.
