Apple Pie Filling

We finally got enough apples from our trees to do something with.  Yay for miracles!  Most of them came from the bigger tree.

It has been a while since we've had a reason to use this Apple-Peeler-Corer-Slicer, but the boys thought it was the best invention ever.  They had so much fun "helping."
