First Date

My daughter was asked out on her first date, by Colt Williams.  They doubled with Michael Windsor and Maggie Davis.  Penny Windsor asked me to snap some photos since Kate was the last to be picked up.  That gave me an excuse to take these...

There is a story behind the baseball bat.  Colt's family has a tradition.  This bat has the rules of dating engraved into the bat.  Every girl he goes on a date with before he leaves for college is to read the rules and sign the bat.  Kate was the first to sign it for Colt.  It was a first date for all 4 of these great teenagers.  They had a great time too.  They got pizza, went bowling.  Got ice cream and went to the park.  Lots of fun!
