Kate Awards assembly

Obviously I'm behind on this one. Back on May 2nd, Oak Grove High School held an awards assembly. Kate had to do the drug screening for her job this summer and fill out paper work before hand, so Mom and Kate did that and then hurried out to the high school for the assembly. We got there in time for her to find her place and participate. Kate received several awards. She got medals for being on the honor roll the first three terms of the school year (the 4th wasn't completed yet, but she is on the honor roll for that too). She got an academic excellence award for Algebra I and received the President's Education Award for Outstanding Achievement signed by President Barack Obama.
