Painting the Deck out back

Our back deck has needed some help for a while.  James decided we'd get to it.  I picked out this pretty barn red color and after James cleaned it good, we got to work.  It did take several days to get the right weather conditions though.  You had to wait until it would be dry for at least 24 hours afterwards before we could start and it was a rainy time.

 Saw this Walking Stick Bug crawling across just after we painted.  He no longer blended right in...

 We finally got one full coat of paint down before it began raining again.  Then it got cold and we haven't done the second coat.  Plus, it's all dirty again and we need to clean it up before we can paint again.  Eventually...
