On a whim, I wrote an e-mail on our way out to Utah, to our nephew, Elder David Epperson Marshall, who is serving in the Provo, UT Mission. He is currently serving in Pleasant Grove. I asked him if his Mission President would let him come to dinner at my parents' home in Orem. The answer was YES! So, we had Elder Marshall and his companion, Elder Crain over for dinner on Christmas Eve. He's been out for almost 2 years (finishes the mission in February). It was so great to see and spend some time with him. As it turns out, his companion is from...North Little Rock, AR. Small world huh. We had a wonderful ham dinner with all the trimmings. Later, we had a talent portion of the eveing, where Kammie (willingly) and Jordan (reluctantly) played piano pieces they have been learning and Zack and Kammie did their TaeKwonDo Form. We also watched some of the churches new videos on the birth of our Saviour. It was a a wonderful evening.
