Spring Break

Spring Break from school was March the 21st-25th. On Monday we went to see Tangled again (we first saw back in November at Thanksgiving time), this time at the dollar theater. On Tuesday we biked to the park near Lake Wilastein and played and went around the lake and stuff. Then we came home and tried to get our old airplane kite in the air even though it is missing a few of the connecting bars. We did alright trying to get it up some, but not far enough so that it would stay in the air without us being in running mode. It was still fun. Wednesday, we just kind of hung out here and did more kite flying. On Thursday, James took a day off and we went to Pinnacle Mountain State Park and hiked the mountian. I had Sidnie in the pack on my back on the way up and James took her down. Spencer did the whole thing by himself. Jordan was the first up and down the mountain. Then we went as a family to eat at Whole Hog ( a BBQ place we enjoy here in LR). On Friday it was colder, but James took another day off. After both Kate and Jordan babysat for different families in the morning, we headed to Petit Jean Mountain and hiked to a waterfall called Cedar Falls and then to a bear cave. It was all in all a great time for our family.
